Best Western Plus Casablanca City Center

Positive, The staff is cute and helpful. Cleanliness is a big plus. Everything from the bathroom to the bed linens was super clean. Great location close to restaurants and attractions like the Hassan II mosque. Breakfast was decent for the price. There's a handy grocery store nearby 🙂

It was safe and the room decor was ok. The receptionist eventually agreed to let me use the gym without being charged and was great in providing a bottle of water. He was v pleasant and professional and hope they will either put on the website that their facilities are 150 dms extra or remove them from the description

The hotel is beside a noisy road where people lean on their horns. The wifi eventually worked in reception but not in my room and the lead Internet option never worked and after a half hour wait for someone to sort it I returned to reception but had a vague promise that someone wd eventually come. So I gave up. The gym is an extra 150 dms which wasn't advertised on line. The lift smells of damp. The breakfast buffet was v basic; bread, cheese, meat and yoghurt and about half an hour after I had eaten I went to get a coffee to discover eggs, pancakes, cakes etc had then appeared. It wd have been nice to know that they weren't ready and that actually 8/830 is really the time when breakfast is served. It didn't matter but just b nice. I get the feeling this hotel is being run down or just that there is no one who cares enough about the customers. Having spent a month in morocco this was the only hotel I considered leaving but the lack of Internet made it difficult to look for other options !

Good and decent setting, I didn't want to say goodbye.

Location: the hotel was near to city center and public transport and a nice business area and a tram station. It also was to casa port near the marina. The breakfast offered good choice of options and was incredible: D

I had an good time dealing with multilingual receptionists who, much like my hearing aids, only picked up every fifth word. The brekfast was rather sparse, and i was left wondering if we were in a restaurant or a famine zone. I almost considered a good review until i realized a welcome gift was too much to ask.

There were a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini bar in the room, really enjoyed that. The location was good next to a tram station and the atmosphere was quiet. Besides, it was near to the centre of Casablanca, business area and the top restaurants and shops in Casablanca...

A quiet atmosphere along with very very helpful personnel. A wide range of good food at breakfast time.

Breakfast lacked variety, but the room was spacious with great amenities like a fridge and kettle. Close to the tramline.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a spacious seating area. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a variety of foods, including freshly made omelettes and juices, providing good value for money.

The hotel had a problem with our room when we arrived, rather late in the evening, but they immediately upgraded us to a very spacious suite.

We were offered an excellent service. It was not far from cafe's and other eating joints, unbeatable location overall.

Be aware that some amenities are only complementary for the first day, so plan your supplies accordingly.

Comfortable stay with small quirks

I was impressed with the stylish decor and spacious rooms. The shower was really good, and the bed was comfy.

The location was a challenge, as taxi drivers often struggled to find it. This created confusion during transfers, which can be frustrating.

The breakfasts were pretty good, with fresh omelets cooked right in front of us-it was like a nice way to start the day. Plus, I really appreciated the quiet air conditioning, perfect for some peace after a long travel day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the level of comfort, I'd say it was still acceptable.

The breakfast offered a nice selection, and the staff was attentive. Our teenage kids loved the spacious room with a sofa bed, and the location made it easy to explore the local attractions.

In my wife's opinion, having more dining options for families would be great.

I enjoyed relaxing in my clean room and loved the convenience of the grocery store just next door. The hotel offered a cozy lounge and an outdoor terrace for unwinding after exploring the city. Although the breakfast quality could've been better, it didn't overshadow my pleasant stay 😊
